For the forum to help please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Find out moreIf you've already had engineers out to check the external line and they have said its fine then your problem is likely just local WiFi conditions which Sky have no obligation to fix. If you wish to improve your WiFi you need to look at repositioning your router, changing the WiFi channel, adding boosters or getting a 3rd party router.
