I have just installed a new Sky broadband router. My mobile phone and Kindle connect to it perfectly. However, my laptop (Windows 10) does not detect the network at all. It detects networks from all surrounding apartments, including Sky networks, but does not register mine.

@DIR1 if your latop is getting fairly old it may have issues with your Sky hub best solution is to buy a cheap USB WiFi adapter.
