Wifi signal in garden room

Hi for anyone who can help.

I have a garden room at back of garden with a sky q mini box which is connected via ethernet cable to main house wifi.

Our wifi to PlayStation and phones used to work but now we had sky max hub installed and wifi dropped and works for tv via sky q mini box but not for PlayStation or phones.

Its approx 15-20mtrs from main hub in main  house and wondering what I need to do/purchase to get wifi connection back.

Cannot hardwire additional cabling so needs to be via existing ethernet cable (plugged into sky q mini box) or via extenders?

Any advice would be appreciated

@ralph15 With the single mini and one connection you would be best to go with a wired AP device to give you wired/wirless control in the area that you need, does get a little complicated with rhat you are trying to do with multiple connections and take a look at a Tp-Link that can do it for you.

@ralph15 Have a look at the link below, but due to lack off Ethernet ports you may also need a TL-SG105S and some patch cables, cat5e short ones length that you need.

Re: Wifi signal in garden room

Thanks

To be clear - you mean connecting this product to my sky q mini box via cables you suggested?

Sorry- am not technically very educated on these so if you could spell out step by step what I need to connect to what?

Thanks

Re: Wifi signal in garden room

@ralph15 To get what you need, cable from the home goes to Port 5 off the TP link switch, cable port 1 from the switch to the Q mini, cable port 2 from the switch to the New TP-Link Wired AP that is to give you like the sky Max hub your wireless wi-fi signal about the Garden Room. If it was not for the mobile phone i would say WIRE all the devices especially the PS5. cable is king rather than wi-fi!

To add the PS5 Port 3 on the switch cable to the PS5 Network and go set the PS5 for wired operation! You will have a 1Gb/s feed back to the home on the wired cable between sky Hub and the TP switch if the cable is rated such!
