@WasimLakdawala if you have an issue just post somecdetails but at a guess the hub is not connected to the line so devices sre networked but cannot access the internet. Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.

The router is on atm but as soon as I start using my laptop it goes to flashing red

@Chrissy22 can you explain what is the colour of your Sky hub, whether it is a new service or has worked before and whether other devices connect normally.
