Wifi repeaters and power adapter issue

1) My wifi signal is poor. Do sky offer range extenders as part of the 'wall to wall' promise?. 2) My connection is unreliable using Ethernet power adapters which worked fine with my previous broadband provider.

Hi @RS23

Sky provide boosters if you have the 'Broadband boost' or 'Sky Max' addons as part of your package.

Sorry what do you mean by you dont have those options? Do you mean you don't have the subscriptions?

Re: Wifi repeaters and power adapter issue

That's correct. I don't have those subscriptions. My question was regarding the 'wall to wall' guarantee which I now  know is the offer to refund one months broadband fee if the wifi is not 'wall to wall'.  I resolved the issue using a more compatible range extender. Unfortunately this cannot be a mesh system with a third party extender but it does work very well. Not worth paying monthly for an upgraded wifi service just to get sky pods.
