I tried to connect a VR headset to the WiFi but everything I entered the password it said it was in correct. This is strange as we've never changed the password on our router. I reset the router, this had no affect. I then tried to login to the router but again it said the password was wrong (I used the generic admin - sky login).
I then did a reboot on the router by holding the reset button and this still has made no difference to my problem. Even after a reboot it still says password is incorrect.
I've seen other people have this issue but can't see if they have had this solved without speaking to sky customer services.
Any help appreciated

If that's a Sky Broadband Hub (203/204: the upright one) the default password is the WiFi key from the sticker on the rear.
For the VR headset, I'd suggest using WPS setup if that option is available.
