Wifi on hub middle flashing orange and going off

As this is a customer helps customer forum then no one will call you due to you posting on here.
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Wifi dropping out
on the hub the wifi middle one is orange and flashes and then goes off i have checked the connection all ok and and on my sky app everything ok could i habe some help please

@Jane6294 see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start the online checker takes sometime to puck up a lost connection but it should havecdone so by this morning and should tell you if Sky are aware of a fulst affecting your line if it doesnt call them and report it and they will get an engineer to check the line but its likely not yo happen until Monday or Tuesday.

Still having trouble with wifi again this evening can yiu advise my service checker says everything ok

Have you tried rebooting the hub at the mains, if this continues the two broadband checks showed no issues then all you can do is to call Sky tomorrow about this.
