Wifi on Teams sound and picture is disorted and the Alexa keep failing to find the internet

Since the new year my connection during teams calls cuts out or the sound is disorted. The Alexa device often cuts out and cannot find the internet.

I've checked out status of broadband and wifi and all reports as good and green.

I disconnect VPN when using teams but this has not helped.

Is there anything else I can do to get this working properly? It is very frustrating.
