Can anyone help seeing as sky refuse to help and told me to come on here and seek help from people also having problems....yes sky that will work because we are all sky techs!!!! I have tried all the steps sky suggest even making sure no wires are crossing, they are not answering their phone and sent me a virtual msg accusing me of not paying my bill because it didnt understand my queries. So any of you unpaid sky techs I would be very grateful if you know of ways to fix my wifi that sky seem to not know as they have advised asking this community. Not impressed with sky customer service at all.
