Wifi not working upstairs
I've recently had an update of fibre broadband installed at my property. To receive better wifi and my daughters are both struggling to connect in their bedrooms both phone and playstation, when they do the signal is so poor it disconnects again.

Re: Wifi not working upstairs
@Kas11 upgrading to full fibre will not improve WiFi coverage. Many homes need more thanna single freebie router Skype provide. You can buy their add-on WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own equipment.
