Wifi not supporting zoom calls

I cannot connect to Zoom using wifi in the flat. My laptop is right next to the router and shows green

I can connect to Zoom if in Starbucks or if I create a hotspot using my mobile

I dont understand why I cannot connect for Zoom calls in teh flat
