Re: Wifi not reaching upstairs bedroom
@Asmaa2 in many homes a single wifi source like a Sky hub cannot provide full coverage. Sky only normally supply wifi extenders/boodters to customers who have bought one of their extra packages. These are Broadband Boost normally codting £5 per month where Sky will podt out a simple extender customers can install halfway between the hub and where you need the signal
Tgecsecond is Wifi Max usually sold at £7.50 a month which gers you a newer potentially faster hub and up to 3 extenders shich form a mesh network. The first extenders is sent out if requested the other 2 are only supplied if an engineer authorises them after a visit. The alternstive is to buy one of the many third party solutions which can work out cheaper in the long run.
Before spending money though its worth trying to make sure the hub is not being blocked by being on the floor or behind other kit. Simply raising the hub above things like radiators thst block the dignal.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
