Wifi not reaching as promised

Broadband doesn't reach the back bedroom, had this issue for years. The hub connected has been put in the wrong place of the home.

I said when joining, the engineer will have to come out eventually because my son is having a breakdown not been able to use it in his bedroom. Please arrange for engineer to take a look.

@LouLille you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. While it maybe possible to move the master phone socket there could be a cost. Give Sky a call to discus the options. Sky only guarantee wifi coverage if you pay for their Broadband Boost bundle.
