Wifi not connecting

Not able to connect phone or Ring doorbell to wifi; keeps saying no internet connection even though test my broadband says WiFi is ok?
Lights on hub are green.

Sky Q box was disconnected but I have been able to reconnect, but it is working slowly.

I've tried resetting, tried unplugging...any ideas?
