Wifi for the last 6 months has been dropping in & out upstairs, now it won't connect upstairs. Lived here 4 years & always had sky broadband, never had an issue. Only two of us live here so don't have lots of devices, only 1 tv, 2 phones & 1 laptop.

Its possible the WiFi conditions around you have changed in those 4 years. You can try running through the WiFi troubleshooting here
If that doesnt help you may need a booster to cover your upstairs area.
