Wifi not connecting to mobile

None of our devices are connecting to the WiFi it's coming up incorrect password when the password is correct

@Luke655 if the devices have connected before and have just come up with this message reset the hub. On the black hubs press and hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes which takes up to 20 seconds and then release and wait for the unit to fully reboot. If itsxa white hub you press and hold in the wps button for up to 30nseconds until the led starts flashing green again letvtge unit restart before trying to connect again. If your devices connect then spend sometime who could have changed the password as it didn't change itself.

 

If it's a new hub check you are reading the passcode correctly as Sky unhelpfully use both letters like O and I and numbers like 0 and 1 which are dead easy to confuse.
