I have sky wifi gaurantee but no wifi in several rooms. They told me "no problem, just log on to your account on order extnders free of charge".... I can't see anywhere to do that!

Unfortunately that's not correct: you'll need to call Sky and go through their diagnostic script before they'll loan a booster (or possibly book an 'engineer' visit)
