I had Gigafast installed with wifi max on the 31st of January. I called them on the 1st of Feb and spoke to someone about the issue and he said he would get me a Wifi pod ordered.
I called again today as I had not heard or received anything to be passed to 4 different people (once to the mobile department?) to be told that the system won't let them add one to my account and that he will pass this onto the back office (whoever they are) and that it might take 72 hours for them to respond. He then went on to say that if they can't add one to my account then I can cancel wifi max? I don't want to cancel it, I want to keep it and have a booster. I ordered max so I could have signal all over my house.
How is that going to help with the no signal I get in the corner of my house?
Has anyone else had this?

Hi,
I'm still waiting for a message back from SKY. Any ideas on a time period?

Not sure it was initially sent so I have escalated your initial post to Sky who should be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat.
Look out for a blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
You can find out more about this process in the link below.

Hi, I spoke with someone via chat and they explained that I need to wait as it was still with the 'back office' but I haven't heard anything since. Can someone take a look please?
