Wifi losing connection to devices

Over the last few weeks I have been finding our wifi has been losing connection to our devices and going offline for small periods of time. I have tried resets on the router and it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I have done wifi checks in the app and it all seems fine but it is becoming more of an issue. I don't know if the router is starting fail or it's something else that wrong. Thanks Paul

I have been having the exact same issue for almost 2 months. Master socket and router have all been replaced and the issue continues. When I use the sky app it tells me everything is fine. Paying a lot of money for a service I cannot use

Black router it's 4 to 5 years old.
