Wifi keeps dropping out and disconnecting

I have fiber150 and to be honest our old sky wifi was better before I upgraded. 
the connection keeps dropping out on our phones and tv. 
the old hub was located in a closet by an engineer and the new Fiber150 system is also located here. The engineer says this is fine. When I check / test the system on Mysky App it says all is good but every my wife or I use our phones the signal drops out everything few minutes. This is not acceptable. I want this resolved asap.

@Ray1968Ray Do you still have the same hub as before the Fibre upgrade, or did you change that at the same time!

No I got a new hub with this supposedly all singing dancing package. Do you think it is a dud hub?

@Ray1968Ray Will not be dud i would think, do you still have the Black Upright SR203 same style that you have just now!

No new model is SR213. Sent the old black one back as requested by sky🙄

@Ray1968Ray Only suggestion left to you now, since you sent the old one back, is get a longer cat5e or above cable and get the SR213 hub out off the cupboard and have the wireless signal a chance to get about, do you think that is possible to do!
