Wifi on phone and Netflix keeps dropping and reconnecting all the time. Done all the tests and it's all showing ticks but it also tells me there is a problem with my router

I’m having the same issue. However it’s not my router which is the issue. There is no connection to my property. I'll hazzard a guess openreach is at my local exchange messing around. Working from home is made impossible by Sky.

No instructions so tried calling this morning. Nightmare trying to connect to a human and going round in circles with the online help
