Wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

Wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own causes disruption. It's mainly happening on one device, a tv, and on the sky app it says poor connection. Any help how to resolve this

@JamesJ1  Does the Sky app give you any directions when it says poor connection?
