Wifi keeps being slow or disconnecting, this has been happening for about 4 weeks now.

When using my mobile I constantly keep having to connect my mobile data instead if my home wifi as when Im using my home wifi it keeps disconnecting or buffering alot. Even when Im watching tv my programmes keep stopping and starting all the time amd a message will appear on my tv screen saying connecting to internet. This has become alot of hassle now and it has been happening for about 4 weeks, can this please be dealt with asap. I am paying for super fast ultra broadband and feel I am definately not getting what Im paying for. We even have a booster box and have tried placing it in multiple areas to see if it helped and it didnt.
