New customer here, just followed instructions to install router and all lights are green on hub however on devices will not connect to wifi as has an exclamation and says there is a problem. Tried to reset hun. Any ideas? Have a tv sky engineer booked for Wednesday not sure if they can help? Or are they going to come and leave if no wifi as they won't be able to install sky q??
