Wifi issues and can't change wifi channels.

Hi everyone, I have the new SkyHub with FTTH 1Gbit connection. Via Ethernet I have no issues but via WiFi it's a problem.

Wifi signal isn't good only in one of the rooms of the house, but it's the most near room to the SkyHub.

I tried to change wifi channels (already splitted 2.4 and 5 GHz band) but the skyHub give me an error and do nothing.

I can't figure it out...

@KimeraMatty  To help with changing channels.

is the error the   "router dropped the connection" ?

If so! the gui in  Sky's routers have a compatibility issue with all things Apple.

 

Avoid iOS & try on either an Android or Windows👍

 

If it's a different error! let the forum know.

No, on the the skywifi app I have "something went wrong" error and on SkyHub gui I can't change it.

And also I can't see and change the hidden wifi network. 

I have also to say that I have a SkyQ connect via WiFi.
