Wifi issue - unable to connect to internet

I have the three buttons showing green on my Sky Q box but it won't connect to the internet.

I've rebooted, reset etc several times still nothing?

Do you mean your Sky Q router, not your Sky Q box?

Okay please try running the line test on the My Sky app, it should detect a fault and allow you to report it.

If not we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep

I've done all that Sky are saying everything is fine their end and that I need to speak to their technical team as I may need a new router. I'm not convinced !!
