Wifi is so slow i cant have camera on during team calls

Dear Sky Support,

PLEASE can you help! I work from home and my broadband/WiFi has become increasingly slow, which is now seriously affecting my ability to do my job.

I have a Sky extender, but it has never worked properly. Unfortunately, I don’t have a plug socket halfway between the main hub and my workspace, so I can’t reposition it to improve the signal.

Because of this, I’ve had to start travelling into the office just to attend important meetings, which is not sustainable. I desperately need a solution to get this fixed as soon as possible.

@MrsDixon73 If you cannot get the extender to work, then is the sky Hub in the correct location, you may have to look at the position where you have the hub!
