Wifi is on but no internet

I've had issues with my WiFi where it's been very slow and would frequently disconnect. I've had a new router been sent over and just had a engineer come to fix my phone socket but now the internet wont connect. The power and WiFi lights are lit but the internet light is always flashing orange, these 2 days we've not had any WiFi to use at all. Can someone help us as I've been a Sky customer for over 9 years and we pay full price without service. That's nit fair to us .

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
