Discussion topic: Wifi is on and off

For over a month now, I have been having issues with my WiFi losing connection.

This usually happens between 5pm and 6.30pm and will be on and off between this time.

There's no live chat for me to go on to speak to someone and whenever I try to call, I can't get through to anyone!
