Wifi is awful

Our sky broadband is so bad our kids are switching off wifi and using up all their mobile data (100gb) despite us having upgraded to super fast broadband 900Mbps download with alleged wifi guarantee. What is wrong with the broadband and wifi, and when teying to check what js wrong with the setup you are directed to a chat forum.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@AM68Mommy Do you also have the sky Max white hub in use on your FF900 package?

 

If you can, also run the service checker, then broadband and expand > will let you see the last 30 day's of what sky thinks you are getting to your sky hub direct on the Fibre connection, so should be up daily anywhere from the 600-900Mb/s average! Think that is something you can see from that MySky app on the mobile!
