Wifi is awful upstairs in a terraced house

I am luckily enough to work from home but it has became harder since i switched from BT to sky. Ever since the connection the wifi is terrible upstairs on my work laptop (2 bars out of 4). This has meant I am not able to go on camera on TEAM Calls (Very unprofessional!) and is lagging.

I have spoken to a member of the sky team and they up-sold me another product that hasn't changed my connection.

How can i make my wifi better upstairs? At the moment I am regretting switching to Sky as this has been ongoing fo a few months now.

@LewisJackson the pods are the name Sky give you the units that extended the WiFi signal of the Sky Max hub if WiFi speeds are lower than the guarantee it is explained in the link at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
