Hi. Our wifi hasn't worked in days. In fact, it's been pretty horrible for the past years on and off but recently it is off for hours at a time. Can you please send someone to fix this urgently. Apparently one of your engineers came today but nothing has changed.

Sky wont send an engineer from a forum post as its mainly a customer to customer based forum. Are you able to run the line test in the My Sky app?
