Wifi has just dropped out completely and now can’t work from home as can’t connect to any work calls
Wifi has just completely dropped off on its own-have tried restarting box and then turning it on and off completely- still nothing it just keeps trying to reconnect but it can't?! Please help

Same here, sky online help tested the broadband and for us it appears to be a BT problem so an open reach engineer needs to come and fix the external lines. Might be worth checking online if you haven't already

Same here problem on the BT line got an engineer attending tomorrow- thanks for your reply - hope yours gets sorted too

Mine dropped about 10 mins ago. Sky service status says all is OK but it's not. Workmen outside on telegraph pole so wonder if it something they are doing?
