Wifi has been very slow

Hi Team,

We have got sky broadband with speed of 500 maps, but while working from home WiFi drops continuously and it's very frustrating, we are not even able to watch videos on YouTube without the video been stuck, could you send a engineer to check. It's very disappointing service provided by such a big service provider like Sky

Sorry @RahulVR but you are not talking to Sky as this is where customers help each other.

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
