Hi,

My Wifi extender not connecting to hub since update - How do I order sky max pods?  I pay extra to guarantee my sky is throughout the house, as it a large old house, so I have 2 extenders.

@simonee83 What extenders are you using, and what update has caused you the issue for connection!

Hi

We are using the sky broadband boosters. Outr broadband disconnected one night and it reverted to old passwords. We had to reset them all, and the boosters haven't connected since.

@simonee83 You may just have to get the boosters close to the Sky Hub and do the reconnect for them to pair to each other again using the WPS button's, they will not connect unless they are sitting next to each other. Linked the booster help below if you need that!
