My WiFi is constantly dropping out numerous times a day. Have had 3 engineer visits who say signal strong and speed ok BUT its still happening for about 5 weeks now. The last engineer said doesn't know what's wrong but told me to disconnect printer and smart tvs. ( I have 9 devices on wifi). However whilst I can disconnect printer from WiFi ( makes no difference at all) I wouldn't know where to start to disconnect WiFi ftom my Sky Q TV. I don't believe this is the problem. I've had the same devices connected for 10 years without problem till now and nothing has changed. I'm seriously considering changing provider as paying for a service I'm not getting and nobody seems to have any idea how to fix. I have a Sky booster and router only about a year old. All devices affected - but mobile and printer the most. Would add my daughter on BT nearby has exactly the same issue and has been told exactly the same!
