Wifi dropping out.

Hi

I've  been with sky now for 20+ years always been very happy with the Tv- broadband in October went on the faster broadband from 75mb to 150mb. When I was on 75 never a problem. Since October on 150mb it's been up and down WiFi dropping out mini boxes losing connection between router.  So they sent me a new router yesterday. Was all OK yesterday.  today wifi dropped out 4 times mini boxes have to restart them. All I get from the from the sky expert is the lines ok. Can anybody help it's so unreliable now. I don't know to do now.

I am having the exact same problem as yourself. I am also getting fed up with having to reset everything. I even bought a new t v  thinking it was that. I also don't know what to do

I been texting my neighbour and she's have same problem. I just taken out new contract aswell for 2 years. I been on phone now 4 hours in total. They did a complete restart last week took 90 minutes. I'm ringing up again tomorrow. Anybody no which is best phone number to ring.
