Wifi dropping out but claims its fine.

Hi,

i have been with Sky for several months- been fine.

last 2 weeks, my internet keeps dropping from devices. My ohone and my kids ohine keeos swapping to 4G. Work laptop keepts saying there is no intenet. The Hub is all green lights. The tests on line come back green BUT it dropps off everything, not one device and not one app.

any ideas on what to try?

I'm having the same issue but even apps on sky won't load now. Everything shows green on the check so that's a waste of time

Mine is doing same thing. Checker says broadband is good and connected but it's not connected, so none of my apps on my TV work.  This has gotten ridiculous, paying for a service that hasnt been working since 8pm last night.  God knows how long this p**p show is going last

Well guess it's reassuring I'm not the only one. But can't get through for help from sky because everything green. It's just not working !!
