Wifi dropping in and out all day

So sick of this now, every couple of days this happens. The lights don't change from green on the router but it definitely has an issue. All devices in my home loss connection at the same time but the tests on this say it's all good! Trying to get to speak to someone on the phone is a joke! It's automated messages then when I do get through twice I've been hung up on 😡 tried all the usual resets but still not working!
