Hi all,
Not sure what to do at this point.
Our wifi line has been down since the beginning of December. I have called in a number of times now each time speaking to one of the helpful customer service agents but they all say the same thing. "This needs to be addressed with the backend team, they're logged off right now etc", " the backend team need to make contact with the open air team (engineers)".
Each one of them say they will call me back the following day but never do. Ive now started to call every single day to keep the pressure on but have made no progress other than getting credit for each day it is not working.
We badly need the wifi though where we are living, it's at a critical stage with work etc.
Can anyone help me get an engineer to fix this?

Hi I urgently need to speak with someone from ROI chat.
Another week has gone by and I still have no resolution to this issue with no end or communication to it being concluded.
I had been briefly passed through to the ROI chat team but this was closed.
Can I please be reconnected with them? We were successfully making progress until this was closed and now I'm completely in the dark again. It is really not an acceptable service at all, I've been chasing sky for 5 weeks with no help from anyone unless I call first.
Please come back to me urgently, this is critical.

Hi Chrisee,
That's incorrect. Sky experts also work these channels who refer cases to the ROI/UK chat team.
This was done for me on Monday but I need it to be done again so I can get an update.
