Wifi does not reach all rooms

Dear sky 

i have recently signed a new contract for one of your fastest broadband options but the wifi does not reach upstairs or one side of the house. This is a large 4 bedroom detached house, we have tried extenders but this is weak and lacks security. Many thanks for your help.
