Wifi constantly stops working and won’t re connect

Absolutely useless turns off with no reason I do all the resets multiple times and mains. Everything and nothing works for over an hour even though my stupid checker says my wifi is all working and so is the broadband when it's yellow lights on it infront of me and all my devices are down again. Now after trying about 10 times over the last hour it randomly turns back on, for the amount of money I spend this is a total joke

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

This is what I have stated I have already done multiple times. The company say it's all lighting up green but multiple times for multiple hours last night this wasn't the case and none of the instructions on how to fix it would work it would just randomly after an hour - 2 hours come back on.

sky app and website is such a poor person takes a day of waiting to get to a person to help who just tell you to follow the instructions...
