Wifi connection is poor and Unstable
Hi - We have recently switched to SkY like a month back and we have been facing stability issues with the Internet. The signal is poor and is unstable. If we join two office calls at the same time (on video call) then the call hangs and the wifi becomes unresponsive for few minutes. This is very frustrating. I switched from BT to SKY to get a better speed however this service is Poorer. We never faced such a conflict of connection issue with BT fiber. Can someone look into this on priority ? Also the signal to Samsung TV is poor. If my Son plays PS5, it keeps buffering and again that's too frustrating. Can this be looked at on priority pls ?

There's no such priority available: you can log an issue with Sky if you wish, but not through this forum.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
