Wifi connection freeze during Teams Calls

Hi,

Wifi connection freezes / stops when on Microsoft teams calls. The router has been switched off & back on. However, while connection is still good, during teams calls the connection freezes several times upto 10 seconds at a time.

i have tried using mobile data to connect directly from my fone & this seems to work fine with no stoppages or connection issues. 

I have had the wifi broadband for over 3yrs & have never faced any connection issues in the past - please assist as online trouble shooting says there is an issue but the connection is good

No update - I'm not sure Iv flagged it correctly. However, I switched the router off & left it off for 30mins. For the next 3 days everything was ok - day 3 back to the same intermittent issues
