Wifi completely out but service checker says all is good ll18 area
Once again the wifi is no longer connecting no matter what trouble shooting we follow and service checker says everything is up and running good. This is the first time nor the second or third and it's genuinely starting to rile me how often random outages happen.

At 1.48 and 2.12 in the morning it could overnight maintenance that is taking place so if it continues throughout the day then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
