Wifi calling has stopped ... on everyones devices.

We have rebooted the broadband box (twice)

We have all switched off/on our phones.

No joy ....

Wifi calling has worked here via your box since installation (Dec 2024) but it's now come to a halt.

What can you suggest pls

@JimM1 trying to work out whether its the same thing that happened to me ie the wifi calling icon has moved

@cookiemonsteruk Same used to be front and centre on the main screen, now only see it as per your example posted, as said not a mobile expert in any way, phone is for making phone calls, but do have the brick when wi-fi calling is in the toilet so to speak. 

Even proved it last week switched to airplane mode, made sure that wi-fi calling was on and made the call, no problems, that was a shocker so may be sky mobile and sky BB perfect combo!

Yes updated to 15 and 7 ... (and quite recently?)

But is that good or bad?

Is there a wifi calling problem with those?

If its just a case of the wifi calling icon moving to the other screen per my second image then you should be ok to go

@Colinhewett Means the phone is as good as holding a brick to your ear, ever tried using a brick to phone someone!

Yeah , same thing the absence of the wifi calling icon where i expected it made me think it was bricked (broken, not functioning) 👍
