Wifi broadband hub dropout every 5-10 minutes - internet led flashing amber - wfh so not ideal.
Have run through Broadband service checker and wifi connection but it all comes back as good even though it goes off for 5-6 minutes every 10 minutes or so.
I have 4 green led's for about 5 minutes then the internet and voice go amber flashing.
Chat bot was no help and neither was the automated telephone call that just sent a text message with links to the checkers I've already run.
The checkeron Sky.com says there are no service issues reported but DownDetector and Istheservicedown both show reports in this area.
How can this be escalated so Sky knows there's a genuine issue?

@AceTJD if the service checker is not telling you Sky are aware of an issue call them and report the problem which assuming it isnt a lose cable in your home is with the line so needs checking out by Openreach.

Hi,
All wiring is good.
Reporting on a call is no good - the automated options just end with sending me a text with a link to the service checker unfortunately which when the router is up says there is no error...
So how do get this reported then?
Thanks
