Wifi box faulty

Hello, theres an issue with the wifi box, its all connected and the signal and wifi connection seems great but as you go on apps they dont fully load and its extremely slow, iv tried everything. We have a booster and still didnt resolve the issue. Also for some reason in the night time 9-10, it works fine like totally normal its like its selective with when it wants to work?
