Wifi booster not connecting

I have a wifi booster as we don't get great signal upstairs , it keeps disconnecting, we have reset everything the booster will have a green light when we first plug it in then goes to blue then goes off completely. At my wits end with it considering we are paying so much the internet is really bad nothing but issues with connection upstairs

@Jessica8811 boisters need to receive a strong signal from the hub so should be plugged in no more than halfway to the area where you need the boost.

While boosters have their uses in many homes especially with multiple floors they are often not the best solution. These days whole home mesh wifi set ups are far better option. Sky offer their own with the Wifi Max bundle thst can have up to 3 pod extenders and costs £7.50 a month alternatively you can buy your own set up which can work out cheaper in the long run.
