For the last 2 weeks the wifi has played up around 8.30pm-10pm. I also have sky mobile and my phone data is useless says 3g but no activity. Wifi hub states all is good.
now started messing up connection with mini boxes 👎🏼 not good

Find out more@Elise+Page run the connection test in the My Sky app as that can book an engineer if it spots a fault on your line but it sounds like the issue could be with WiFi interference in your home. To check if it is interference power down the hub and allow it to reboot while the issue is around. That forces the hub to find the best channel.
If still stuck call Sky mention the Q box issue and they are likely to send you a. Booster or arrange for an engineer to ceck your network.
The mobile data issue is simply that O2 whose network Sky Mobile use either dont have a 4G mast near you or it is down for some reason. Little either you or Sky can do about that unfortunately.
